I so love this new Inside The Lines special Sale-A-Bration paper. You can get this entire pack of Designer Series Paper for FREE with any $50 purchase. I used the amazing watercolor pencils to color them in some and also the blender pens to create the different effects on the card. I am definitely not an artist but I was able to create this amazing scene quickly and easily.
