I was so excited when my team decided to participate in a team swap! Me and my small team (we are currently 3 strong) are all getting married this year so I decided that the theme for our card would be a Thinking of You card. Instead of the traditional swap where you send a blank card we all wrote something encouraging inside it.
This is the card that I put in the mail today to send to my lovely ladies. I feel the sentiment really says it all. Below this post you can find all the items that I used for this card and I will give some tips too. Some of the items I used are already retired but they can give great inspiration!
Tips and Tricks:
Washi Tape: using washi tape on the side is a fun way to add a little bit of color and pop to your card and also was a way to adhere the square to my card.
Square Framelets: These will come out tomorrow (June 1) but being a demonstrator I was able to pre-order them. It is a little harder to see in the picture but the square is actually scalloped.
Background: I love the fun background stamps that Stampin’ Up! has and the splatter effect is no different.
Envelopes: I love our wonderful envelope paper and the ability to be able create my own envelopes. This is an example of it below.
Thank you for stopping by! If you decide you would like to purchase something please visit my online store! Just click on the card picture above to be taken there.
Thanks for stopping by! Excited for you to join me tomorrow with the new catalog launch 🙂
