This was such a fun sketch and when I saw it I knew that I would have to use the starburst out of the perpetual birthday stamp set. I wanted this to really pop off the page and I think I achieved that.

To give it that brushed water colored look I took a sponge and sponged on the blue. Again this was super simple and would make a great card to send to someone to brighten their day.
