Sale that I will announce but today I want to make sure that you do not miss your last change to get the amazing paper deals! Check below for all the details and make sure to use this month’s hostess code (found on the right of your screen). Also starting next month is my new Stamp of the Month “Petals and Paisley” you won’t want to miss it.
Anyways back to this fun project. I created little baggies to give out to all the trick or treater’s that will hopefully visit me this year. This will make it easy for each person to get the same amount of candy. I will also have to make sure I hit the gym today so that I can work off all the extra suites 🙂
I hope you enjoyed this fun and easy project. I really enjoyed making them. Check out all the material I used below. You can still purchase any of the products if you would like to use them to scrapbook or memory keep all the fun of Halloween 2016!
Shaker cards are so much fun!!! I decided to make a shaker card for two friends of mine that are celebrating their birthdays. I am so in love with this cute stamp set Lots of Love (which is a hostess stamp set so make sure to host or get an order of $150 or more) and I finally ripped open my Blooms and Bliss paper. This paper is part of the Buy 3 get 1 free deal so you will want to be sure to stock up on it and you can order paper for all the upcoming holidays and even get ready for spring with this fun pack.
This fun shaker card just adds a little pop to someone specials birthday and will make you look like the queen of all card making. Plus it is really simple and you can celebrate almost any occasion. All these products can be purchased on my online store and you can find all the supplies that I used at the end of the post.
Here is how you can create a fun shaker card too:
Thanks so much for stopping by. Remember that if you want to join in on the fun that you can always join my team and we can create together. It doesn’t matter where you live in the US you can be part of the Paper Gears Team.
Have a Shaking good day
A couple of days ago I posted about having a scrapbook page and how easy it was to create. This is my second page that I created and I really love this one too. Again I used my amazing spider web 12×12 spider web page because it would have been so difficult to cut it up but now I can leave it in its full beauty. Who knew scrapbooking could be so easy? Are you ready to start saving all those memories and printing off all those pictures and having them easily shown to all your friends and family? What about wanting to keep them for future generations.
I also had so much fun adding this great banner and I am still debating if I would like to add anything more to the banners. I would love to hear your comments and let me know if this has inspired you to start scrapbooking for yourself. We have so many amazing Designer Series paper of 12×12 that you will not want to miss out on. Make sure you also check out the buy 3 get 1 for Free deal to get you started on Christmas and Thanksgiving too!
If you would like to purchase any of these great products check out everything you will need to complete the project.
Last night I went LIVE on Facebook and showed you how to use your Paper Pumpkin to get planning. This was perfect timing because I am part of a challenge group and our #weektwochallenge was to get to planning each day this week. This is how I plan using 2 different types of planners and it works for me. I love my Erin Condren planner and if you are ready to take the plunge and are a new customer you can use my affiliate link. You will receive $10 off your first purchase which is pretty sweet.
Anyways this is my second time doing this series and I have really loved doing it. I feel so much more organized lately and I am getting so many more things accomplished. This is also part of my The Busy Woman series because we are all busy and I want to show you that Paper Pumpkin and Stampin’ Up! products can make your life easier.
Are you ready to become a subscriber yourself? Make sure to join by the 10th of each month to start getting your happy mail in the mail.
Have a wonderful day!
I have been getting lots of request about scrapbooking in general and it has always been something that I really wanted to do. I have been to those big box stores and get lots of things to start creating the scrapbook of my dreams, documenting all of our lovely adventures, just to have them sitting in the bags for weeks because my creativity is just stumped. The reality is that we are all busy and everything in those big box stores makes sure that it looks super easy. So here is my goal: I will create 2 pages each month and then add 4 pictures. Easy right and you can join me. We will scrapbook together, documenting the fun of all that life has to give us. This is part of being a busy woman but if we break it down we can all make those beautiful scrapbooks and continue to look like super woman.
What will make this possible is you can just add places to add your pictures (I choose to add them on the grey and orange whenever I get them printed) and I cut the paper to be 4.5 X6.5 so that it will nicely frame each of my pictures. I also added a 2×3 sheet of orange so that I can add some wording to the page. By now you should know ow much I love those cute little mummy jars so of course I had to add them to this page.
This page was really easy to put together and it only took me about an hour to do both of the pages (with some distractions in between).
Remember that today is the last day to receive double points on all of your orders with me and you do not want to miss getting these amazing paper to complete the projects.
Halloween is next week and you are running out of time to make sure that you are ready. If you are a super busy woman like myself these fun boxes are really easy to throw together and will have all your goblins, wizards, and princesses. Make sure to get your orders in and remember that if you put in an order to use this month’s hostess code and you will receive double VIP points until tomorrow!
Also make sure to to not let the amazing purchase 3 Designer Series Paper and receive 1 for FREE!!! How exciting is that! I just received my last package full of my packs of DSP and I am so excited to open it!!!

Thanksgiving is coming up sooner than we think and this card was super simple to make. This will be one of the cards you can make if you join me November classes (which there is still time and room to join) But this is also going to be my Stamp set of the month for November. This is such a pretty and versatile set that you will want to get to add to your collection. It is also such a great stamp set that you can use to make your own DSP.
I hope you enjoyed this fun card. Please make sure to subscribe to my blog and Facebook so that you never miss any of my updates.
I hope you have a great start to your weekend!
I was inspired by my amazing Upline Phyllis because she has been posting so much with Pop of Pink Designer series paper so I pulled that pack out, ripped it open and cut it up… part of my heart crushed a little because I struggle with hoarding my paper. But the reason I used it is because that is exactly why I buy this beautiful paper.. to use it! This card is going to a friend of mine for her birthday and I just loved the little frog on it. This is a hostess stamp and you can only get this adorable stamp if you host a party with me or if you are able to put in a order large enough to receive hostess rewards.
I just loved the combination of pink and green together and I hope you are really inspired by this card. It was really easy to do and was something that I was doing while the presidential debate was on. This seemed so much happier.
Also yesterday I just announced that I simplified my VIP Program and now until October 24 you can receive double points as long as you order through my online shop. Also if all the orders between now and the end of October exceed $500 I will draw a random winner from customers who ordered a prize from my prize basket. So make sure to share with your friends or just host a party (they can even be online) and you can receive all the Stampin’ Rewards.
Maybe you are ready to take the plunge and want to receive all the benefits of being a demonstrator!! This is an exciting time to join because you can join me as we both go after the Incentive trip to Alaska. Or you can just join to receive the 20% discount on all the product. Whichever you decide you will be joining a great team and I can’t wait to welcome you!
Have a wonderful day!
One of my sorority sisters is getting married this weekend so I wanted to give her a special card. I had played with a completely different card design and it just was not up to the standards I was hoping for. My husband (man I love him) said that maybe I should focus on something Pink and Blue since those are our colors. Brilliant and inspiration hit me. I wanted to keep this card really simple and I didn’t want to add a sentiment (Shocker I know). So this is what I cam up with:
I used the Fancy Frost Designer Series Paper to give the background an antique type of feel to it. I then used a sponge and some blushing pink to give it some texture. I didn’t want it to be even because again I was going for a more aged look. Actually I feel like it looks like the wall paper that you see when you walk into old antebellum homes in the south. So much history and charm there… exactly what I was going for and how I feel about my sister. The pink heart represents the bride and I used rhinestones to give it a necklace type of feel. I then used Bow Builder punch to make the bow.. in retrospect I shouldn’t have added the tails to it but I like it.
This card was a challenge for me maybe because I was having creative block (is that a thing??) but I liked the finished product and hopefully the Bride will love it too.
I hope that this Hump Day finds you well. I would appreciate your comments, any follows on social media, or even a purchase of all our lovely products. This is a great time to stock up on Designer Series Paper too since we have a buy 3 get 1 free deal going on that includes 2 different packs out of the holiday catalog
Have a beautiful day!
