We are back with day 3 of my parade of using the Merry Pattern stamp set. Again I absolutely love this stamp set and I am so sad that it will be going away at the end of the month.
Here is the latest card that I created with the candles. I also decided to layer it over the gold snowflake to add a little bit of something extra to the card.
The great thing about this stamp set is that you can pair any color combination with these candles and they look amazing. I also added tis the season in momento black at the bottom of the card because it just needed a little bit more. Again this card was super simple to create and so much fun.
Also I wanted to share with you all a new event that that I am doing every 2nd and 4th Thursday if you live in Charlotte. I am going to host an open crop night and you can come and bring your projects and work on them or you can create the cards that I created from my card buffet. The price is $10 and then $2 for each card you create from my buffet. This would also be a great time to get those paper pumpkins completed or that scrapbook that is starting to collect some dust done too! Spots are limited so make sure to reserve your spot quick!
Thanks so much for joining me again today. Make sure to subscribe to my blog so that you do not miss a post and make sure to continue on with my 31 blog challenge.
Have a wonderful day and I will see you again tomorrow!
Hello and welcome to another great Global Stamping Friends blog hop. I truly look forward to this blog post every month because there are so many talented demos around the world participating. This month is all about Halloween and can you believe it, it will be here at the end of the month.
This is the fun 3×3 card that I created using the amazing Spooky Night Designer Series Paper that coordinates with the great cat stamp set. I finally got some ink on my owl stamp set and I am so loving how this turned out.
I also had so much fun creating the inside and using a few other types of stamps in the set too! I used Lemon Lime Twist (a new in color) and Pacific Point for the potion colors. I may have to do some more cards with just these potions. Also I absolutely love the witches hat too in this set.. Clearly I just love this set and I highly recommend you getting it before Halloween (which is coming up quick).
So if you love this card and project I have a super special for you. I am starting a Freebie Friday at least until Christmas (we will see how this goes) and you can get the following items as long as you place an order through my online store above.

Hello!!! And welcome to our first ever Paper Flock Hop! This hop is comprised of Phyllis Shepherd’s Stampin’ Up! Team members and I am so excited to share all the creations that we have came up with. For the first ever theme we are doing Fall in 3D and show casing items that you can use for fall. I hope you will join us from here on out and make sure to hop along to everyone.
For my project I decided to create a fun box that you could give away at your Halloween party. These would be so great for all the treats you want to hand out. I learned how to create this fun box at the Quarterly NC demonstrator event that I went to. We will also be doing something similar to these at my Retreat in October.
So what you will need to do is take a 6X6 sheet of paper. Using the envelope punch board (item #133774) punch and score on 3 sides at 2 and 4 inches. on the 4th side just punch at the same measurements. You then cut the top of the treat box so that it is flush with the rest of the box (basically the top triangle). And then cut the opposite side on the score lines to the end of the score. You then just put the box together and use your favorite adhesive to stick it all together. If you enjoyed this project I will do a Facebook Live video in my VIP Group that you are welcome to join.
If you want to join our hop you can either join Phyllis’ team or my team and you will be invited to join. Our next few hops are as follows:
I hope you have enjoyed this project and will continue to hop along. Up next is
Susan Reitmeyer Legits
If you get lost or need to start over just hop back here and pick up on the list:

I hope you all had a great weekend! I know that I did. This past weekend we went white water rafting with family in TN. It was such a great time and we got some amazing pictures. I will be sure to share them here soon. Need to start thinking of some great ways to start memory keeping all these amazing adventures.
I wanted to share another project inspiration with you all today using the Tic Tac Toe board that I created
This time I decided to go straight down the middle using stitched ribbon, in colors, and an embellishment. So this is the project that I created
Again I used another stripped gold bag because I think that they are so cool. I created this fun a quick tag using the Eastern Palace Designer Series Paper, Pacific Point Stitched Ribbon, and the new Label Me Pretty Bundle. I used Tranquil Tide as my in color and I think it all goes together beautifully. Again this was a quick and simple project that you can stick some home made cookies into the bag. These would also be perfect for Christmas Cookies.. now I know that sounds early but we are already in July. And if you go ahead and purchase everything in July you can get $5 towards any of your August purchases for every $50 that you spend!
I want to remind you that if you have been thinking of joining my team and joining the Stampin’ Up! family now is definitely the time to do it. Need some convincing?

Can you believe that this lovely holiday is next week?? I sat down this weekend to create all these beautiful cards to send out to my favorite girlfriends to just let them know that I am thinking on them on Valentines day. This is also one of my favorite holidays.. not because I love getting things from my husband (but I also love that) but because it just seems so happy. It is a time to share love with everyone and I am totally digging the pink and red every where.
So this card was created by CASING the Global Design Project 072:
So here are my creations. I made 12 cards that are all unique but have the same throughout them:
I also had to learn to perfect my bow making skills. Even being in a sorority for a few years I was never really great at making bows but I think that these turned out pretty well.
Below I did a close up of both my Hello Love and Happy Valentines Day cards

Hello to all my loves out there!! This is such a fun and easy little card and I am really excited to share this card with some wonderful people this weekend at a workshop!!! The other really exciting thing? Those amazing Stitched Framelets (That give you that pretty indention on the circle) are coming off back-order on January 16!
I absolutely love this bundle and all the great things that you can do with it. This would be a great card to send to a friend or even work with your kids to make their own valentines day card. I cut those cute doilies in half and there are 24 in a pack for just $3.00, makes for a great project.
You will need the Big Shot for this card but I use my big shot every day and it is so easy to use your kids can help with that too!
I cut the Designer series stack into 1/4 (so a 3X3) because I hate to waste and just started layering everything on top of one another.
So again here is my final card:
If you are ready to host a workshop let me know. We can do it live in your living room or from Facebook! The choice is yours. It is always a great time to get free products so make sure to reach out to me quick!
Have a wonderful day
This post and card was inspired by the Global Design Project sketch 068 which is below
Also if you would like to check out all the other cards created from this challenge you can visit their website: http://www.global-design-project.com/
I really loved the colors of this card and the balloons but I have done so many things lately with balloons and thought maybe I should try and make up a couple of Valentines cards. So the card below is what I came up with.
The inspiration that I took was the pink and blue color scheme and the balloons rising up on the card. I am also really loving the shaker cards at the moment and realized that using the gold glitter gives my card a nice pop. Also the glitter is contained which is an added bonus. You can actually pull out the little love not too!
If you are wanting to purchase any of these products please make sure to click on the item below and it will take you to my online store where you can securely purchase all your products. Make sure to use this month’s hostess code for all orders under $150 and you will receive some card inspiration from me.
Don’t forget if you are in the Baltimore, MD area and would like to join me for Coffee and Cards make sure to let me know. The class will be on Thursday from 6:30 – 8:30 and the cost is $15 with adhesive. You will walk away with 4 Birthday cards ready to go.
Have a great day!

I hope that your Thanksgiving was as wonderful as mine. I spent the week with hosting my parents and we also had the chance to go to Philadelphia. Now we are heading into one of the most wonderful time of the year. We have our tree up and sparkling and I put together my advent calendar. One of the things that I created for better memory keeping is pre-made scrapbook pages. I love our Project Life system and kit but there is just something fantastic about having hand made scrapbook pages. Coming in January I will start offering these classes in person too or as a To-Go kit. Make sure to check back soon for all the calendar events that I have planned for the new year.
Tips and Tricks
- I used the purple to frame my pictures. I wanted it to be a little larger than my pictures. The dimensions for my squares were: 6.5 X 4.5
- The white part I will use to write additional commentary for the pictures.
- I used the Night Of Navy paper and the Thinlits to give the paper some extra dimension
It is also Cyber Monday and we have a lot of amazing products available still for up to 25% off. We also have some amazing products that are just on sale for today! Make sure to check them out before it is too late.
I hope you enjoyed this fun craft project. Please leave me a comment and let me know what you liked or what you would like to see more of!
I feel so rejuvenated and excited after coming back from Onstage in Atlanta. This was an amazing event and it will happen again in April and I hope you will be able to join me by joining my team. If you Like me on Facebook you would have seen that I went Live again last night with my series “The Busy Woman.” This series is designed for the busy woman: whoever you are or however busy you are. I want to give you simple projects that can fit into your busy life and give you that feeling of accomplishment. I am not perfect but I continue to strive towards it and meet my goals each day. If you are a busy woman I urge you to give Paper Pumpkin a try and make sure to do it by November 10 to get your Christmas looking box in the mail. The cost is $20 but the value you get in the box exceeds that. If you take a minute to think about it if you go and purchase a card more than likely you will spend more than $3 per card. You could take that money and give a hand made card.. no one has to know that you had everything pre-cut for you.
Also make sure to put in an order on Election Day (November 8) and someone will receive this fun card candy that I created. What is card candy? You take each piece and place it onto a card. It gives you instantly a card with minimal work. All you have to do is place an order in my online store and use my hostess code for November and you will be entered.
Reminder also during November you can receive the amazing Stitched Framlits and some Christmas stamps at a discount.
Also if you love everything Stampin’ Up! and you are ready to take the next step and get a discount at the same time join my team. I am growing and I would love for you to join me.
I hope you enjoyed this video and I hope you will continue to follow me on social media and even share your love of Paper Gears with your friends.
