March Paper Pumpkin

Ahoy Mateys! Finally I have a post for the beautiful March Paper Pumpkin. Did you get yours and absolutely love it too? I looooooved the Bermuda Bay colors and it came at the perfect time too!!!

Wedding season is upon us and I had two friends that just got engaged!!! Such an exciting time for them. Wedding planning can also be super stressful too so I thought that these ladies could use a pick me up too!

March Paper Pumpkin

Secondly two of my amazing mentees are graduating this year and I wanted to get them a little something and this kit was perfect! I put in a Starbucks gift card for them since I live so far away from them and I know they will need a caffeine kick while they are going through their finals. They are both engineering students and I know they will go far, in fact one of them has already created her own business!!

These are the cute gift certificate card holders I made and I am so excited to give it to them this weekend!

Flower Power

Sometimes you just need a Thinking Of You type of card but don’t want to go with the generic stamp for that. I really love the way that the What I Love stamp can make the flowers and really give it dimension. I have also been trying to add some fun pops onto the inside of my cards so that it is just as much of a surprise when you open it.

So this card was probably considered a medium because there were a few steps. I just cut down the English Garden paper a little bit to have the white card still shine through (Love the English Garden). I then chose a sentiment and used my snips to make it look like a little banner. I then added a pretty little jewel to give it a little sparkle.

On the inside I used the What I Love stamp and two different types of blues to give it a rich color. I again used a sentiment that was simple on the inside of the card.

DSCN1142  So something special about each of these stamps: What I Love is a Sale-A-Bration item which will go away in just 2 days 🙂 and then the Sprinkles of Life $3 of each stamp purchased will go towards the Ronald McDonald house.

I hope that you enjoyed this idea and that you will be inspired. If you like this post please leave me a comment and consider making a purchase in my online store for all of these great products!

A final 2016 Push!

Welcome Back!

Ahh it is Monday, but not just any Monday it is the Monday after a 3-day weekend AND the final Monday of Sale-A-Bration how sad. So in honor of all the wonderful things that you still have a chance to get (hurry it ends March 31st) I made a card using only our wonderful Sale-A-Bration items!

So one of my favorite stamps has definitely been this Pedal Pushin’ stamp that we have had. I mean look at how cute this little bike is! This card is going to a very special Delta Gamma sister who won an award in my beloved sorority. I wasn’t able to be there myself due to prior commitments so I thought I would send her a card. I also love the Hi {that’s all} sentiment from our Party Pants stamp set. I took our sponge daubers and “painted” over the clear washi tape that we have and then after attaching it to my card  I took my dauber again and gave it the effect that the grass was a little higher in the background. DSCN1139

This card will also be going to a Delta Gamma sister but for her birthday. Again I used the same stamp sets and all the same techniques as the card before. Of course since I am actually sending her a birthday card I had to use my #imbringingbirthdays back stamp!!! This stamp is so much fun to use.

Overall I would rate these cards as a medium to make because there were a couple of different techniques that I used and they were a little time consuming. I think to make both of these cards it took me about an hour.

Remember if your wish list is really long now is the best time to Join My Team because you can get $155 worth of Stampin’ Up! products for just $99 but this sale ends March 31st! Glittery Party Pants

Do you have your party pants on??? Make sure to get this amazing Sale-A-Bration item before it is gone for good! You have only until March 31st to get all these amazing things for FREE with any $50 order. So I am going to apologize at the beginning because I thought I picked a piece of paper that was still in stock online but it turns out it is not 🙁 The point though is that you can make a pretty card using anything as your background.

Take and cut your 12×12 into 4in sections (you should have then 3 long strips) using your Stampin’ Trimmer (love this thing) then at the 6 in mark score your card again using the trimmer (the light grey one with the little ball on the under side) Now you have a perfect card ready

I cut the white pieces down to be a 3X4 card size and then stamped my pretty balloons onto them using the stamp off technique. Finally for the balloon lines I too the fine tip glue and made lines for the strings and then added our Gold Glitter to give it some shine. Who doesn’t love glitter?

These cards were a little more time consuming because there was a lot of steps but I think I would consider this a medium difficulty card.

Please make sure to visit my online store to purchase all of these amazing products! Remember Sale-A-Bration ends soon (like end of March) so get those orders in!

Thank you for stopping by and I hope that this post has inspired you,

2016 Journal

Welcome back on this 2nd day of spring!!!

I am so excited that it is finally spring and I hope you are too! So every year I have the best of intentions to make a beautiful scrap book of the entire year… and then I usually fail. I am determined though to not let this happen this year! Mainly because this is the year that I get to marry Andrew and I really want to document our engagement/1st year of marriage. Life with him is truly special and we are both trying to do better to capture our moments together.

So here is a really simple way to journal your adventures in a cute way. Of course you can use our entire Project Life line (which is such a life saver for me) to create a beautiful album.

My entire supply list is at the bottom of the post and I would have to say this is a quick 5 minute project if you don’t let it get away from you.

I love our numbers that we have and the months are from our December Paper Pumpkin. I love these and will be using them to create my save the dates (coming soon as soon as I finish them 🙂 )

I love how large the numbers are and I know that they will pop off the page whenever I get them into my Project Life album. These are also really close to my wedding colors so it makes this whole project perfect.

I hope that this post has inspired you! If you are ready to purchase all of these products I would appreciate your business and you going through my online store. If you are ready to take a leap of faith and Join My Team please do! I have loved every minute of Stampin’ Up! and would love for you to join.

It is almost the end of Sale- A-Bration so make sure to get everything that you want from our Amazing catalog before they are gone.

Make it a great Monday,

Book Mark it

This weekend I am attending an alumni event at my Alma mater and since it is going to be a very cozy event I will be bringing my Stampin’ Up! stuff along so that everyone can chit chat together and stamp. I wanted a really simple project for this and I thought what about book marks? I am an engineer and most engineers love to read (even me but it takes a really great book for me to do it) so what better thing to do then to make a pretty book mark using our products!

I created this sample one to send to a friend of mine who I haven’t seen in a little bit. We were basically neighbors and saw each other daily so it feels like forever since I have seen her and I miss her dearly. DSCN1102

All I did was use our Paper Trimmer to cut out a rectangle (whatever size really) then took our ornate punch and punched out the top. Using our grateful bunch stamp set I put on the front design. I only used 3 ink pads. With the green I stamped once in the middle and then next right above it (without re-inking) and then again at the bottom. I did the same with the butterflies too. The sentiments say you are loved {a lot} which is a tad bit hard to see but I didn’t want actual dimension on this since it is supposed to go into a book.

You can use any type of ribbon for the top, I decided to use the sequins because it gave it a little bit of pop 🙂

Hope you enjoyed and if you would like to purchase any of these products I would appreciate if you visited my store and bought through me.

Make it a great one!

Simple Easter Bags

Hi everyone,

Whoo we have made it to another hump day and Easter will be here next weekend. This whole Easter in March thing is really throwing me off and I feel like I have had no time to prepare. I wanted to give something to my small team and to my hostess for this month. So what I cam up with was these small bags using the Gift Bag Punch Board

So I accidentally grabbed paper and ribbon that is from last year (oppps) but they were so nice and springy that I could not pass it up. You get the idea though, pick pretty paper, make a bag, fill with goodies, and then hand them out to all your friends. These would be cute for wedding shower favors, baby showers, church gatherings, and the list goes on.

This project I would consider it to be easy but it did take a little bit of time to do. So I will put time at maybe 1 hour to do 4 of them.

We also have some great Weekly Deals that I am sure you don’t want to miss.

Bow Builder plus Sparkle

Happy Tuesday!

I had a request to show how to use and make our Bow Builder punch so that is exactly what I did. Instead of doing a full blog post today I will direct you to my YouTube channel where you can be inspired to put pretty bows on everything. Also notice that I used the Metallic Washi tape to give my bows a little pizzazz. I used the idea from my best friend Sierra when she made these bows this weekend.

It is not to late to get all your favorite items from Sale-A-Bration which is ending March 31. I have truly enjoyed all my free items that I have received and I know that you will too.

Also please take a chance to view my Egg-Stravaganza that is still going on exclusively through me. You could win a free product!!

Finally if you are ready to take that next step and want to become a demonstrator yourself please consider Joining My Team. I truly love what I do and I know that if you gave it a chance you would love this job too!

Have a wonderful day,

Feb Paper Pumpkin thank you

It is paper pumpkin Monday!!!
I hope that you had a great week. Sale-A-Bration is almost over and so is your chance to get a 3 month subscription of Paper Pumpkin for just $55. Use the code below and please visit my store.

Anyways now to get onto our craft for the day and another way to use the February Paper Pumpkin. This past weekend I was able to show our amazing products at a Stampin’ Up! party and had so much fun with everyone. The Thank you for hosting stamp and best decision ever stamp are exclusive to Stampin’ Up! demonstrators. The other great thing that happened this weekend is that someone joined my team!! Yay so exciting!

This card maybe took me 20 minutes and I would consider this really easy since all I did was stamp, no dimensions, no die cuts, or anything fancy. Just kept it really simple.

All I did was alternate the Thank you and so much in Pacific Blue and Macaroon Mint on the card. This one was a lot of fun to do and I actually received the inspiration from one of the guest at the party.
Are you ready to host your own event and earn free product? Please reach out to me and we can set something up!

Have a great day and please take a moment to visit my blog and see everything that is going on.
Have a wonderful Monday,

Just for You!!!

We have almost made it to the end of the week and if you are like me I am so glad. I have been busy getting everything ready for a party that I am doing this weekend and figured I would give everyone (even my guest) a sneak peak at the beautiful card that we are going to make. I also realized today that some of you may look at the cards that you can make from Stampin’ Up! and go “I could never do that!” So I am going to start putting a gauge of Easy, Medium, or Difficult to each post. That way you can see quickly if you can do it (which I know you can!). Also I am going to put on there how much time it took me plus or minus a few minutes (I am an engineer after all).

So let’s begin shall we..

I would consider this card to be easy. just a couple of quick stamping and using  a punch easy peasy. This card probably took me about 30ish minutes to do but I think you could easily whip up 10 of these cards in 45 minutes if you just CASED mine (Copy and Steal).

I used the Old Olive Classic stamp pad and just put it on the card randomly. I also got 2 stamps out of each ink-age which gave me the pretty two tone green color on the card. Then I took our Botanicals for You (hurry this is a Sale-A-Bration item) and stamped it using the Rich Razzleberry.

Then I took the yellow from the Subtles card stock (you could really use any of those amazing colors) and stamped the flowers onto it. Take your punch and punch them out (everything lines up). If you want to add the sparkle you can take our Rhinestones (which are on our weekly deals this week so you can get 2 packs) place them in the middle and then use your dimensional to give your card some depth. And that is it super simple. If you purchase all the products on the list you can easily get your Botanical for You Sale-A-Bration item. Please make sure that you use my online store to order all of your Stampin’ Up! products.

Is your wish list a mile long? Do you want all of these products plus everything I have posted all week? Maybe it is time to consider becoming a demonstrator yourself and joining my team! I would love to have you and if you have any questions before or during I am here to help!

Make it a wonderful Thursday!

Just for You!!!
