This past weekend was such an enjoyable one for us because we got to go home and visit my family. We are very thankful to be a little closer again to all of our family and having the ability to drive home for special events. This weekend my mom hosted a small Oktoberfest with some close friends and it was a ton of fun.
Anyways I have not had a chance to create all weekend but I wanted to keep my role on for my post a day so I wanted to show you some of my favorites from the sales that is going on. Make sure you take advantage of this sale before it goes away! Reminder when you purchase 3 you get 1 for free.
So my first one that I love is the Just Add Color. These will be amazing with the new Stampin’ Blends markers and there are so many different sheets in this set.
Next is the So Eclectic Designer series paper. The reason why I love this is because of all the texture and colors within this set. Truly this is a must have.
3rd one is the Painted Harvest paper because it just ooozzes fall to me. Make sure to get it quick before the seasons change on us.. but if you are in North Carolina with me it is still 85 degrees here.
Finally the one that I love is the Delightful Daisy paper. I have loved this one since it came out in the annual catalog and all the cards I have created with it.
So there you have it my favorite 4 papers with the sale and the ones that I recommend you getting before it ends.
Thanks so much for stopping by,
Today is the last day of my parade with the Merry pattern stamp set. Which project was your favorite? Let me know down in the comments.
So again very similar card just switching up the backgrounds to keep the cards interesting.
Also I wanted to remind you all that we still have our buy 3 get 1 free Designer series paper sale going on. It is just a select few that are on sale but if you visit my online store there is a huge banner with all of them listed for you to check out.
Make sure to subscribe to my blog because I have hit the half way point for my 31 day blog challenge. Will I make it to the very end???
I also invite you to join me for my open crop night if you live in Charlotte, NC. I also have a lot of other events up on my events tab going on too! So make sure to check them out.
Make it a great Sunday!
I am back with another variation from yesterday with the candles using this Merry Pattern stamp set that is an exclusive for hostesses.
The only thing that I really changed about this card is the background paper but it really does change up this card. Again this is such an easy and fun card to create and they took no time to put together.
Since it is Saturday I am going to keep this post super short and sweet and I hope you have a great day!
See you tomorrow
I was really torn with doing something amazing for Friday 13 and all spooky but I also really wanted to continue out this week with the Merry Pattern stamp set. Today also marks an incredibly special day because it is also my 2 year Stampin’ Up! anniversary. So this may be a little bit of a longer post but bear with me.
Anyways here is the project that I created and since we are kicking off the weekend I will have 3 similar cards each day for you to use as inspiration. I am so excited that we have another paper with Christmas carols on it. What makes this paper even better is that it has a few different languages on it like German. For all my amazing German customers in the US I wanted to share that they have Stille Nacht (Silent Night) on one of the papers too!
The supplies that I used are below:
- Paper: Real Red Cardstock, Whisper White Card Stock, and Merry Music SpecialtyIn Designer Paper
- Ink Colors: Pool Party, Island Indigo, Emerald Envy
- Embossing Powder: Gold
- Stamp Set: Merry Pattern
Again this is such a simple design and with so much paper in our Designer Series Paper packs you can have all your Christmas cards created and sent in time to watch lots of Christmas movies without any stress.
So since it is a Friday I will have another Freebie with any order placed today! So this is how I am going to celebrate my Black Cat Loving friends and Friday 13!
So with any size order you place today using the hostess code below until the end of today you will get these super cute cats sent to you. You will get at least these two and if I am feeling witchy I may throw in a few more black cats!
So my last thing is sharing my Why I joined Stampin’ Up! with you. I had been looking for a craft in a box to be sent to me and found Paper Pumpkin and then realized I could also make this a business. I debated trying it because what if something went wrong I mean I loved to craft but really make this a business??? Crazy talk.. well that weekend my life flipped and a close friend passed away unexpectedly and I realized that life was wayyyy way too short to keep sitting on the sidelines. I mean honestly what was the true risk if I started this business? I spent $99 and got lots of cool great product and oh yea I get a 20% off everything I purchase. There really was no losing so I decided to join. I found someone to sign up under and have been learning and growing ever since. Sooo if you are sitting there thinking of all the reasons you shouldn’t do this I encourage you to stop and think of all the reasons you should!! I hope you will join me and I would love to answer any questions that you may have.
Make sure to join me again tomorrow as I continue on my 31 day blog challenge. Until tomorrow
We are coming close to the last days of my parade of this amazing Merry Pattern stamp set. Have you loved it so far? I hope so because I really loved creating projects with this amazing stamp set. I was flipping through Pinterest a few weeks ago and a card caught my eye using the gold fabric pattern in the Year of Cheer Designer Series Pack. I had just kept the thought of it in the back of my mind while creating this card. Well after I created the card and browsing Pinterest again I realized that I had completely cased Michelle Mills’ card accidentally.
I also created a video but it is causing me issues trying to pull it off my phone so I will work on it over the weekend and hopefully get it uploaded to YouTube soon!
So here is my finished card:
The products that I used are:
- Year of Cheer Designer Series Paper and Fresh Fig as my card base
- Silver Snowflake
- Stitched Framelits
- Merry Pattern Stamp set, Fresh Fig and Emerald Envy ink
Again minimal amount of product and super quick and fun to put together. Also a reminder that time is running out to get this amazing stamp!!
I also hope that if you are in the Charlotte area that you will join me for my new Open Crop nights. Check out my events tab up above to see when my next event is!
Ohhhh Nooooo!!! Are you regretting not signing up for your October Paper Pumpkin? Make sure to sign up now so that you can still get the November kit when it comes out and a birdie told me that they should have enough kits from October that you can get the refill pack when they become available. But you must be a subscriber in order to get it!
If you do decide to place an order through my online store make sure to use the hostess code. If I have enough people place an order I will give away 1 of the Merry Patterns stamp set so make sure to share with your friends!!
I am almost half way through my 31 day blog challenge and I am so excited about it. Have you been enjoying them? Make sure to subscribe to my blog to ensure that you never miss a post.
Thanks so much for joining me again today and I hope that you have a wonderful day!
We are back with day 3 of my parade of using the Merry Pattern stamp set. Again I absolutely love this stamp set and I am so sad that it will be going away at the end of the month.
Here is the latest card that I created with the candles. I also decided to layer it over the gold snowflake to add a little bit of something extra to the card.
The great thing about this stamp set is that you can pair any color combination with these candles and they look amazing. I also added tis the season in momento black at the bottom of the card because it just needed a little bit more. Again this card was super simple to create and so much fun.
Also I wanted to share with you all a new event that that I am doing every 2nd and 4th Thursday if you live in Charlotte. I am going to host an open crop night and you can come and bring your projects and work on them or you can create the cards that I created from my card buffet. The price is $10 and then $2 for each card you create from my buffet. This would also be a great time to get those paper pumpkins completed or that scrapbook that is starting to collect some dust done too! Spots are limited so make sure to reserve your spot quick!
Thanks so much for joining me again today. Make sure to subscribe to my blog so that you do not miss a post and make sure to continue on with my 31 blog challenge.
Have a wonderful day and I will see you again tomorrow!
Thanks so much for joining me again today. I am so excited to share this project with you today because it is super easy to put together and create. This also continues on with my week of featuring this awesome Merry Patterns stamp set.
For this set you will need very little product and supplies.
- Paper: Real Read, Whisper White, Night of Navy, and Year of Cheer Designer Series Paper
- Ink: Momento Black and Versa Mark
- Gold Embossing Powder
- Tombow Glue
- Stitched Framelits
Since this project is super simple you can create quite a few of them in one sitting and start to knock out your Christmas card list.
I stamped the inside of the deer with momento black and then took the outline of it and stamped that in Versa Mark and then gold embossed it. If your momento black is still a little wet the embossing powder will stick to it and give it a great effect.
This was the finished product and the picture does not do it justice. If you would like to see how I actually put it together click on the video and while you are there make sure to join my VIP group. I do a Facebook Live video each Monday creating different types of projects.
Thanks so much for joining me and make sure that you get your hands on this amazing stamp set before it goes away at the end of October.
Also today is the last day to subscribe for Paper Pumpkin! Make sure you do not miss it
Thanks so much for joining me today as I continue on my journey to do a blog a day in October.
If you enjoyed this project please leave me a comment below. Thanks so much for stopping by and if you would like to purchase any of these products please use the link to my online store above and use the hostess code:
Have a great day!
So this week I wanted to focus on the Merry Patterns stamp set this week. I really adore this stamp set and I am so sad that it will be leaving us at the end of October. So they way to earn this stamp set is to either place a $300 order or host a party with me and get a qualifying order.
So here is my project that I created during World Card Making day. It is a sweet and simple 3×3 card that you could place in a gift basket. Really there is not a stamp in this set that I do not love but I love how you can have different colors with the candles. The colors that I chose are Rich Razzleberry and Berry Burst. Not two commonly put together colors but I think that they work amazingly well.
I wanted the flames to sparkle some so I used the tombow glue and our gold glitter to give it a little bit of a shimmer on the top. Reminder that you can purchase any of these products in my online store and make sure to use the hostess code as long as your order is below $150 otherwise you give up your hostess benefits.
Also I recommend if you do have an order over $99 to looking into becoming a demonstrator. We receive a lot of great benefits and now is the time to join my team! Have questions? I am always happy to answer them when you reach out to me.
Also tomorrow is the final day that you order your Paper Pumpkin and start your subscription. I would hate for you to miss out on the coordinating kits that will be coming your way. These are also wonderful gifts for kids that want to be creative since everything they need is in one kit.
I hope you enjoyed this card and that you will continue to follow me this month as I continue with my 31 day challenge
Have a wonderful Monday!
I hope that you are having a wonderful weekend. I spent yesterday with some dear Stampin’ Up! demonstrator friends stamping all day. I was able to make a lot of projects and get a little caught up. I was thinking this week I would spotlight one of my favorite stamp sets that is going away at the end of the month: the Merry Patterns Stamp set.
So there are a few ways that you can earn this awesome stamp set
- You can host a qualifying party and earn it. You can host a party either online through Facebook or in person if you live in the Charlotte area.
- Place an order with me from now until October 28 using this month’s hostess code and if we can get a qualifying order I will have a drawing for 1 lucky winner to receive this cool stamp set.
So to help us get to the qualifying order here are some of the sales that are going on.
Ending October 10th we have some great deals on stamp sets:
Also don’t forget to add note cards with matching envelopes.
Also happening this week is Paper Pumpkin getting shipped. Make sure to subscribe by the 10th!!!
I hope you enjoyed another blog post as I continue on my 31 day challenge

Hello and welcome to another great Global Stamping Friends blog hop. I truly look forward to this blog post every month because there are so many talented demos around the world participating. This month is all about Halloween and can you believe it, it will be here at the end of the month.
This is the fun 3×3 card that I created using the amazing Spooky Night Designer Series Paper that coordinates with the great cat stamp set. I finally got some ink on my owl stamp set and I am so loving how this turned out.
I also had so much fun creating the inside and using a few other types of stamps in the set too! I used Lemon Lime Twist (a new in color) and Pacific Point for the potion colors. I may have to do some more cards with just these potions. Also I absolutely love the witches hat too in this set.. Clearly I just love this set and I highly recommend you getting it before Halloween (which is coming up quick).
So if you love this card and project I have a super special for you. I am starting a Freebie Friday at least until Christmas (we will see how this goes) and you can get the following items as long as you place an order through my online store above.
