I took some inspiration from my Tic Tac Toe for this next project. I also decided to create a video how to on how I created this fun card. You can watch the video below
So here is the card that I created. I had so much fun creating this card. Mainly because while I was recording my roommate was making fun commentary through the recording. I had already decided to do a voice over so it didn’t matter but it was still hilarious to watch and be part of.
Again if you would like to see how I created this video you can check out the YouTube video here. Also make sure to subscribe to my channel so that you never miss a video.

One planner that I am using is my inkWell Press planner (where if you follow my referral link you can get $10 off) and then I am using a Me and My Big Ideas planner to just memory keep. I also used some of our stamps and washi tape to create these layouts. It truly shows how great our products match with other products on the market. I loved how well they coordinated with stickers that I had.

Can you believe that this lovely holiday is next week?? I sat down this weekend to create all these beautiful cards to send out to my favorite girlfriends to just let them know that I am thinking on them on Valentines day. This is also one of my favorite holidays.. not because I love getting things from my husband (but I also love that) but because it just seems so happy. It is a time to share love with everyone and I am totally digging the pink and red every where.
So this card was created by CASING the Global Design Project 072:
So here are my creations. I made 12 cards that are all unique but have the same throughout them:
I also had to learn to perfect my bow making skills. Even being in a sorority for a few years I was never really great at making bows but I think that these turned out pretty well.
Below I did a close up of both my Hello Love and Happy Valentines Day cards

Have a lovely week,
One of my sorority sisters is getting married this weekend so I wanted to give her a special card. I had played with a completely different card design and it just was not up to the standards I was hoping for. My husband (man I love him) said that maybe I should focus on something Pink and Blue since those are our colors. Brilliant and inspiration hit me. I wanted to keep this card really simple and I didn’t want to add a sentiment (Shocker I know). So this is what I cam up with:
I used the Fancy Frost Designer Series Paper to give the background an antique type of feel to it. I then used a sponge and some blushing pink to give it some texture. I didn’t want it to be even because again I was going for a more aged look. Actually I feel like it looks like the wall paper that you see when you walk into old antebellum homes in the south. So much history and charm there… exactly what I was going for and how I feel about my sister. The pink heart represents the bride and I used rhinestones to give it a necklace type of feel. I then used Bow Builder punch to make the bow.. in retrospect I shouldn’t have added the tails to it but I like it.
This card was a challenge for me maybe because I was having creative block (is that a thing??) but I liked the finished product and hopefully the Bride will love it too.
I hope that this Hump Day finds you well. I would appreciate your comments, any follows on social media, or even a purchase of all our lovely products. This is a great time to stock up on Designer Series Paper too since we have a buy 3 get 1 free deal going on that includes 2 different packs out of the holiday catalog
Have a beautiful day!
