We are coming close to the last days of my parade of this amazing Merry Pattern stamp set. Have you loved it so far? I hope so because I really loved creating projects with this amazing stamp set. I was flipping through Pinterest a few weeks ago and a card caught my eye using the gold fabric pattern in the Year of Cheer Designer Series Pack. I had just kept the thought of it in the back of my mind while creating this card. Well after I created the card and browsing Pinterest again I realized that I had completely cased Michelle Mills’ card accidentally.
I also created a video but it is causing me issues trying to pull it off my phone so I will work on it over the weekend and hopefully get it uploaded to YouTube soon!
So here is my finished card:
The products that I used are:
- Year of Cheer Designer Series Paper and Fresh Fig as my card base
- Silver Snowflake
- Stitched Framelits
- Merry Pattern Stamp set, Fresh Fig and Emerald Envy ink
Again minimal amount of product and super quick and fun to put together. Also a reminder that time is running out to get this amazing stamp!!
I also hope that if you are in the Charlotte area that you will join me for my new Open Crop nights. Check out my events tab up above to see when my next event is!

Do you ever have creative block? When you sit down and you are ready to stamp with all the amazing stamps from the new catalog and you just get overwhelmed? I totally know the feeling and that is why I have been brainstorming on how to over come that. So this is my solution: Each week I am going to post a Tic Tac Toe game that you can participate in.
All you have to do is pick 3 items either across, diagonally, up, or down.
Make sure that you use the hastags #pgttt0001 and #papergears so that I can see all of your creations and comment on them on social media. I will be following Facebook and Instagram.
The other great thing about July is that for every $50 that you spend you will receive a $5 credit that you can use in August. This is a great time to get all those items that you have been wanting and now you can also get rewarded for it too!
Also now is a beautiful time to become a demonstrator. On top of the $125 worth of products that you can choose from for only $99.. which is already a great deal. You can also get $72 worth of free products including an pre-leased Christmas stamp set. You will also be the first to see the new Holiday catalog coming out and of course getting to join my fun team. Do you need more details?? Make sure to email me and I would be happy to share.
Have a great 4th of July,

Have a great Monday!
So this card is going to go to my amazing friend and Maid of Honor this week because 3 years ago I stood by her side when she said I do to her now Husband. I wanted to do something fun for her and I love this new pineapple stamp that Stampin’ Up! has so I knew I wanted to use that. Also I used all In colors on this card.. actually I used all the new in colors on this card because they are so much fun and so vibrant. My MOH is larger than life and so much fun so I think she will appreciate this fun card.
Tips and Tricks:
2 colors on the pineapple: I used Emerald Envy and Peekaboo Peach on this fun pineapple and on mine you can see a little bit of a gap between the crown and the pineapple bottom. For this card I really enjoyed the separation because I feel it makes my “3” stand out. If you don’t want the separation you can always ink with the lighter color first and than go dark or you can use our Stampin’ Write markers.
Fun Banners: I used our banners set to create the sentiments. This set is really great because there are just a lot of words that you can put together to create the perfect sentiment.
In Colors: I just love all of them!!! The variety pack of the paper in 8.5 x 11 is a must have for anyone and is a great pack to start out with if you are new to Stampin’ Up! Remember our paper is dyed all the way through so even when you cut into it there is no white core.
I hope you enjoyed this fun card and it was super easy to put together. Make sure if you order the supplies you go through my online store (use up those coupons your redeemed last month) and use this month’s hostess code if your order is under $150 (otherwise you forfeit those rewards and that is no bueno). Would love to hear what you think so please leave a comment and make sure to follow me so you never miss anything. Full list of supplies used is below.
So I am closing in on my wedding date and trying to balance all these things that I have to finish for the wedding and creating amazing cards at the same time. One of the most important things for me is sending Thank You cards and I think they are essential for weddings. I know that I have given wedding gifts in the past and didn’t receive a thank you card, so I am working really hard to make sure we get all of our cards out in a timely manner.
I absolutely love our Jar set that we have. They remind me of southern days back at home and that was the feel I was going for with these cards.
Tips and Tricks:
Take your time: If you are working on a lot of thank you cards (Like for a wedding) give yourself time and take it in steps. These cards are a ton of fun to make but sitting down and making 75 of these in one sitting would be difficult so I do 10 or 20 at a time.
Vellum: Using our Thinlits I cut out the jars on vellum paper because it gave the appearance of being see-through. The one thing you want to ensure when you are stamping on vellum is it needs a little bit of time to dry. I stamp everything on it and then let it dry over night just to be sure they will not smear.
In Colors: Have you taken some time to really look at these in colors?? I love them so much and they are what I used on the flowers. Make sure to order a variety pack of paper because the pictures just do not do it justice for how beautiful they truly are.
Please remember to use this month’s hostess code found on the left side of your screen and if you have any questions or need help please reach out to me! Also follow me on Social Media and make sure to subscribe to my blog and newsletter for upcoming events and exciting things!
