I am back with another hop with the amazing Global Stamping Friends!! I am absolutely loving being part of these and seeing the creations from around the world. I hope that you are enjoying this too!
This month we are doing a color challenge and boy was this a challenge. First I had to figure out if I had these colors and thankfully I did and second I am still trying to figure out where to put everything as we put the house together.
So here is the card that I created and designed
I wanted to do another simple Christmas card and I really enjoyed how this turned out. To achieve the background I took Pool Party re-inker and put some drops on a sponge triangle (Cut down your sponge) and then sponged-off on a scarp sheet of paper a little bit to lighten up the color. After that I just went to down on a piece of whisper white paper and stopped when I liked the effect. I feel it has a little bit of that winter storm vibe going on with it. I then stamped my sentiment and the deer in Smokey Slate and placed on top of a piece of Night of Navy Cardstock. For my embellishments I used our glitter enamel dots and just randomly placed them on the card.

Super card, Christina and you certainly achieved the winter storm vibe. It looks fantastic. We would call it a blind moorie here in Shetland. Although we have no deers! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much for stopping by. I am glad my thought worked out 🙂
