German School Bag

I was so excited to create this awesome project. In Germany all kids that are about to go into first grade get this super cute bag filled with candy, toys, and things for their school. I used all Stampin’ Up! products except for the bag part, which I used a large poster board that you can get from one of the big box stores. All I did to get the cone shape is to continue to roll it until I received the perfect shape that I was hoping for. This project came together really quickly and was really simple.

Below I have all the contents that are inside the bag. I feel like I am super cool because I bought the big box of “good” crayons. I remember when I was a child I loved having this big box of crayons so I figured it would be appropriate to purchase them too.

I also decided that this would be perfect for the Global Design Project Challenge #095 because it is a kids theme.

I hope that you have enjoyed this fun project and that you will create a bag for your children, grand children, or any children that you may know that are about to enter the first grade. This project was made with a lot of love (and some frustration) but that is how project go right? Once I was finished with it my Sissi cat decided she needed to add her touch to the project. When I woke up in the morning she re-opened the tissue paper that I had wrapped it in. Luckily I was able to fix it quickly and ready to be delivered.

If you have any more questions please reach out to me. I would love to help you create this fun project.
Have a wonderful weekend!
